Last year this time, I was introduce to Systema 2.0 mm bristle and was given a chance to try out all five type of Systema tooth brush, Systema Comfort, Systema Bi-level, Systema Sensitive, Systema Full Head, and, Systema Compact. Details HERE.
This time, Systema is having a new bristle. The handle is simlar with Bi-level's oval rubber design but the bristle has spiral color.
I am not exactly sure how it different with the nomal 2.0mm bristal, but from my experience of using it for few weeks, the tooth brush can clean up all the residue between my tooth, yet doesn't goes very far into the space in between teeth. It feel more solid and less likely to worn out.
