Of Miam Miam Spaghetti, Lobster Bisque Pasta and Matcha Souffle from Miam Miam

For God knows what reason, le mate suggest to dine in Miam Miam one evening. I guess friends around us have tried it, and he was interested. A little bit of google reveal that the one I visited in One Utama is not the first branch. Apparently Penang had it first and the menu is WAAAAAAAY cheaper than One Utama' branch. Piff...The price tag at left is the one from Penang while the right one is from One Utama.

Peanut Butter & Banana Milkshake (RM 7.20 -> RM 13.80)
Creamy peanut butter and fresh banana blended with milk.
A little too sweet for a real banana. Syrup additive confirmed.

Miam Miam Spaghetti (RM 15.80 -> RM 26.80)
Sauteed with frankfurters, tomatoes, baby spinach and protein Bacon, tossed with french butter, our secret broth and shoyu.
Highly recommended main. The toasted sesame seed is the bomb. The spaghetti and sides might look separated and tasteless but the broth fuse all the elements and become a great combination.

Lobster Bisque Pasta (RM 18.80 -> RM 29.80)
Savory and rich soup base, slow-cooked to perfection topped with parmesan cheese and served with grilled tiger prawn.
Although this main is comparably expensive than Miam Miam spaghetti, with more expensive material, and arguably more tedious cooking procedure,

Matcha Souffle
From wikipedia:
A soufflé (French: [su.fle]) is a lightly baked cake made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a savory main dish or sweetened as a dessert. The word soufflé is the past participle of the French verb souffler which means "to blow up" or more loosely "puff up"—an apt description of what happens to this combination of custard and egg whites.

Apologize for my jakuness. Although I have read, learn and see so much about souffle, but this is my first time eating Souffle. Miam Miaom has 2 flavor at the moment, vanila and matcha. Matcha Souffle taste weird but the texture is great, slightly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. High in carbs but low in filling the stomach.

Overall: 9/10 [Totally recommended, but plese prepare your purse for liposuction]
Taste bud indulgence: 10/10 [No complain on the food quality, state of art]
Purse Saver: 8/10 [A bit too expensive. I was angry that there is a big money gap between menu in Penang and menu in K.L]
Location: 10/10 [One Utama, center of PJ, THE highest visitor flow mall in Klang valley]
Service: 9/10 [Other than Souffle, other dish did took more than a while to arrive. Since there are too many customer, we can't get the waiter's attention easily.]
