Frontera 2014 Ramadhan buffet [Food Review]

This is not my first time posting about Frontera's Ramadhan buffet. 2 years ago, I was honer to get invited by Ramesh, Frontera manager to review their buffet, the review is available HERE. 2 years a part, their Ramadhan buffet have some slight change, but the price is still same, which is RM 50++ (RM 58 nett). Plus, for every group of 8 pax, 1 dine for free (e.g. 7 pay, 1 free). If you come in groups of 30 & above you may request customised menu.

During my review, I only tested out some of the items, not all. Their menu might change periodically and might increase starter to 12 types, 6 types of dessert available. Although starter, dessert and drink (ice-lemon tea) are free-flow, you may only choose 1 main from the menu.

Come, lets see what Frontera offer in this year Ramadhan buffet.

Overall, I am satisfied with this RM 50++ buffet. The variety is awesome. Even by just taking once piece each of the starter, it's enough for me to last until sahur.

Recommeded Starters:
Taco, totilla chips with Red salsa, taquitos & Chipotle Soup
Reasons?:
I think it's very obvious that my photo show plenty fillings in the Tacos, I don't need elaborate further. The red salsa is so rich in umami, just as nice as my last visit or maybe better! Taquitos has very solid  stuffings. It's litherally beef flakes in it, not those with extra artificial addictive. Chipotle soup may looks like a cup of innocent broth but it's actually has a slight herbs hints and will caught you by surprise if you are not a spicy lover because you will fall in love with it.

Recommeded Desserts:
Brownies.
Reasons?:
During my last Ramadhan buffet review visit, the brownie is the only flaw in whole meal. It's so close to perfect. Now, it's awesome, moist and dense. Take note, if you are not a spicy food lover, because one of it's ingredient is chipotle (a type of spice) you may kena the Russian roulette of spicy chipotle seed on any bite! XD
