Ysquare Photoblog 10: My Internship Is All set! I Wouldn't Be Back To KL again. Bye Melaka, Bye KL T.T

Finally got my hard copy of document + offer letter today from my intern company.
Didn't have a very good experience with the HR there.
I told her to send the offer letter to my faculty, but she send it to my KL home.
Then daddy have to purposely go Post office to Post Laju the document to me to my Melaka house.

My offer Letter from a company name start from I, try guess what is it?
Entering this company is like a dream come true to me coz I have always wanted to enter this company.
Although this is just intern but not formal employment, I am still very happy.
Before that, I have some worries that I can't let go in KL, but now I am all fine again.
I will be regret next time if I let go this chance and intern in K.L for some personal reason.

Post the confirmation and offer letter back to my intern company on the same day.
Wish me luck and sail will be all smooth during my intern there.

*this post denotes that I will be leaving Melaka and go to some new place for my probational blogger life too. Stay tune for more info about my new location! ^ ^*

Ysquare Photoblog 9: We Human Are Not The Only Inteligent Living Creature In The World.

Bought some Whitening mask in Watson the other day because they have discount for this product. Wanted to do a review on it but it's not very effective, so just forget about it.
But before I used, like usual, taking photo for review, I found out something very interesting.
My Lumix can't focus on the human's face but rather on the mask
Does that mean the are other highly intelligence creature in this world other than human that looks exactly like the mask?

Found other similar case(Face Recognition), just that he is Cat, not human XD

Back to basic, face recognition consists of algorithm identify faces by extracting landmarks, or features, from an image of the subject's face. However, not every algorithm is precise, that is why this problem is happening to me. No alien here, ok? XD

Of Steamboat and Lok Lok Satay Celup as 3rd Year Last Dinner Gathering Before Intern.

I know, its a looooooooooooooooooooooooong title.
But seriously, the title says it all.
Been invited by my classmate to their house in Taman Merdeka the other day to have steamboat and lok lok satay celup dinner.

home made lok lok satay celup
Assorted defrost frozen food, stringed
We have fish ball, meat ball, toufu, crab stick, sausage etc.

home made lok lok satay celup
While the soup base is just simply some chicken soup.
And yes, we simply use rice cooker to do the cooking job.
Well, we student aren't rich. Rice cooker is not a multifunctional device, but make it to be Xp

all sort of lok lok satay celup sauce
Preparing sauce for the meal (in case its tasteless)
Ranging from pepper, Thai, tomatoes, chilies with soy sauce, Yong Taufu sauce and idon'trememberanymore~

Guys gay-ing around
While waiting for the steamboat and satay to cook, we have some appetizer: quail eggs.

Guys gay-ing around
Bet you recognized the repeated guys above.
Same shirt, same bowl and sitting on the same motorcycle, gaying around~
Then the guy on right realize there is a paparazzi!

Guys gay-ing around
Guy on left: Faster cover face!

After dinner, we have dessert too!
Walls ice-cream vs Baskin Robin
Caleb(guy on red): hey! what you looking at? Whats wrong with me preferring Cornetto mini rather than Baskin Robbins?!

lame joke~

Of course, the night was still young. The heat didn't stop at there. It only symbolized the beginning!

Had a few round of card games (no gambling, don't worry) named bluff.
Was too excited to play and forgot all about photos.

Really had a great time.
As I mention in twitter, not the best day ever, but sure enjoy it very much ^ ^

Pak Putra Restoran, Ayam Tandoori, Roti Naan (review)

I know I know! This is the 2nd time I wrote review on this place. If you are interested in my previous review, click here
Located in Jalan Kota Laksamana, Taman Kota Laksamana, Melaka.

Previously I had only tired their cheese naan and my favorite side dish, Potato Zerra:

This time, being a bit more adventurous, I tried their Tandoori chicken.
It comes in 2 part, either drum stick or chicken breast/
This is obviously the drum stick.

Too much burned part.
No doubt that the meat is succulent. Not really juicy but not too dry too.
When it is dip into the special prepared sauce, which is slightly hot, its just perfect!

Overall: 9.5/10 (Still giving a almost perfect score)
Taste bud indulgence: 10/10 (taste has been fairly constant for the last few visits.)
Purse saver: 10/10 (Since it's naan fill with cheese, you can't expect it be to cheap, aren't you? But it does worth your penny)
Atmosphere: 9/10 (Typical mamak atmosphere, the service has been improve since my last few visits)

Ysquare Photoblog 5: Back To KL! (What is this symbol? Have you seen it?)

Hi hi, sorry for not posting for any photoblog for the last 2 weeks. Was having some dilemma, so went back to KL. As to compensate, I did an extra LONG post for this photoblog ^ ^
Historical Nikon
Went to Mid Valley to buy some component but didn't found it, so end up visiting Nikon's anniversary exhibition.

I can ensure you, 99/100 are men. The left over are models and me -__-
(Why I feel like I am a les again *sigh*)

UMNO building
On my way back home, I did some shooting in the car.
Am I too outdated or what? Since when UMNO building has LED screen huh?

Put aside the photo I took, found out some very interesting photo in the internet the other day:
KLCC-The icon of KL and Malaysia.
I didn't notice the symbol when I 1st saw it.

I didn't suspect anything until I saw this:
The same symbol again!

I used Google Goggles to search it using my phone
No result -__-

The best thing is, I caught sick on the previous week and recover today when I look at the photos with mysterious symbols. And you know what, my back paint that haunted me for a few weeks gone as well!

That's really mysterious~
Is that an coincident?
Is there healing power hidden in the symbol?
Have you seen it?
I hope I am not alone...

Qing Ming Festival

Qing Ming Festival is a day of remembrance for Chinese people toward their late relatives and late parents/grandparents in particular. More info can be found at Wikiepedia under Qing Ming Festival. Actually these years Qing Ming festival falls on Tuesday, 5th of April 2011. However, my family doesn not fancy about the date but more like a weekend person, so we just stick with our weekend tradition!

First stop was in Nirvana
Uncle Kelvin perparing the tribute for grandma.

Guess what he specially prepared?
It's the Black Label yo!
I didn't even have chance to drink and we are serving to the dead 0.O'''

A view from my grandma tomb

So tidy! I really have to give a big applause to Nirvana management.
(note: the management fees is also very expensive oh T.T)

This is my gandpa tomb in Puchong.
Since my grandpa diseased quite some time ago before Nirvana was establish, he was left at the place he work most of the time i.e. Puchong.

Daddy cleaning the tomb.

These was all I see. After that, I realise I was very sick and was not able to follow them, I stayed in the car for the next 2 tomb.

Bonus photo:
Ah ne: Aiyoyo taukeh! Not like that lah. You can't burn the incense in a big bunch, hard to light up!
Chinese uncle: Shut up thambi! I burn incense more than you burn rice. Go play far far~~ shooo shooo~
